I’m an Austin-based entrepreneur who likes wearing many hats and continuing to learn and expand my horizons. I’m a musician and performer by trade, with a long history of writing, performing, and recording through many different genres and instruments. With that as my driving passion, I was driven to make a business out of my audio engineering skills, DJing, and live performance skills and treat my music and production skills as my tradecraft. And that meant finding smart ways of learning and exploring the world of business and marketing.
That is one of the big reasons I found my way into learning (and now teaching and freelancing in) online marketing and web analytics with my friend and collaborator Brandon McPeak. I saw the benefit of learning how to market myself online as a solo entrepreneur and creative professional. And I wanted to learn analytics to bring objectivity to my analysis of my efforts, helping me build more and more methodical approaches to marketing online. I’m all about finding what works, getting rid of what doesn’t, and slowly but unstoppably getting better every day. I also believe in individuality, innovation, and the ability to strike out on your own path. That’s why I’m passionate about helping other small businesses and entrepreneurs, including tattoo artists and shop owners, focus more of their energy on the things they do best. And hopefully achieve their personal, business, and creative objectives faster than ever.
Here’s to your continued success and growth!
I help out with all things marketing technology as well as video production. My role includes website tech support, systems integration, email marketing, ad platform management, and web analytics and reporting. I also provide creative input and support on back-end tools and creative systems. I am super excited to be working with my friend and collaborator Brandon McPeak and our other partners and collaborators to help synthesize their talents into marketing efforts that help other artists do their thing.
